WARM UP
after metcon 2 rounds with barbell
3 clean deadlifts
3 hang muscle cleans
3 front squats
3 push press
3 press in split jerk position

Weightlifting

Muscle Clean + Jerk Balance 3 sets 3+3 reps @30-40% of 1rm clean&jerk
rest 1.5-2 min bwn

Clean Pull + Hang Power Clean (above knee) + Hang Squat clean (below knee) + Split jerk
6x1+1+1+1 reps @65-75% of 1rm
rest 1.5-2 min bwn

Strenght
Wendler program Deadlifts (ADD + 5 KG ON EACH SET COMPARED LAST TIME YOU DID THIS)
5 reps @65% of it (90% of 1rm)
5 reps @75% of it.
Max reps @85% of it.
rest 2-4 min bwn sets.
Get those first 2 sets with solid and strong and prepare your mind for all out set. Remember
safety.
We dont to do over 15 reps on last set, goal would be around 8-12 reps.

IF you were able to hit 15-20 reps on first week with deadlift weight ADD + 10KG TO each se compared last time
you did this. We want to get heavier lifts and not too many reps!
