1:00 rowing
10 reverse lunges + little strech on each rep.
5 push up to downdog pose
5+5 single leg RDL
5+5 single arm db hang cleans
5+5 single arm db bench press
then after 3 rounds some wrist / front rack mobility and start to climb for HPC weights!
