Accessory vol 1:
3 unbroken sets, rest as needed between sets:
10 plate sit-up + 10 sec hollow hold (use plate is possible)
Accessory vol 2:
Pause OHS 3x5 , 3 sec pause at the bottom of the squat.
Rest as needed between sets.
