In a team of three, work through the following movement in order, for time:

21-15-9 reps of:
- 60/40 kg Thrusters
- Pull-ups

Then, row 1000 metres

60/40 kg Clean and jerk, 30 reps

Row 1000 metres

150 wall ball shots, 20/14-lb. ball

Only one athlete may work at a time, share the work any way.
