Fran Workout

Slowest Fran ever ... after my little go-around with Josh yesterday, my body just could not move fast.

I was aiming for a sub-22:00 Fran, so I actually did better than I expected :).

Warm Up:

10 Push Ups
10 Thrusters w/ 45 lb. bar
Hang from Pull Up Bar

Mobility:
Pain ball on top rib
