Five 5 minute AMRAP Workout
Complete as many reps as possible for each exercise of:
5 minutes of Deadlift
5 minutes of Wall-ball
5 minutes of Kettlebell swings
5 minutes of Push press
5 minutes of Front squat
There is one-minute break between exercises.
For each exercise multiply load by the number of reps completed. Your score is the total for all exercises added together.
