Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
5 Dumbbell ground to overhead
5 Burpee Box Jump-Overs/step overs
5 Knees to elbows or 10 weighted sit-ups
Rest 3 minutes between sets, and complete a total of three sets.
