Filthy 50 Workout
For time:
50 Box jump, 24/20 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds (MOD 30#)
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20/14 pound ball (MOD 10#)
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
Since it was a full Sat. workout, I started at Back Extensions and worked down through the list. I'd imagine it makes a difference were you start. I think this is the longest workout I've done to date. BRUTAL!
