3 Rounds For Time (1 minute rest between each round):
20 Wall Ball Shots (10 lbs)
20 Sumo Dead Lift High Pulls (45 lbs)
20 Box Jumps (Rx 24")
20 Push Presses (Rx 35 lbs)
20 Ring Rows
Was so glad to be done that I am not sure of my time. Somewhere between 20 and 21 I think. Was sweatin' like a whore in church but a crazy good workout!
