Fattened push and pull Workout

Use a vest or other added weigh to perform a laddered superset of pushups and pullups!

AMRAP of 15 minutes:
1 pushup, 1 pullup
2 pushups, 2 pullups
4 pushups, 3 pullups
8 pushups, 4 pullups
16 pushups, 5 pullups etc (The pushup-ladder doubles per round)
