Hearts = Push-Ups
Spades = Jump Lunges
Diamonds = Sit-Ups
Clubs = Air Squats
Jokers = 15 Burpees
Aces = 1 rep
Jack = 11 reps
Queen = 12 reps
King = 13 reps
