30 KBS 2/1.5 <--orange

30 Pull ups

Did not make the 30min cut off but asked Kyra if I could finish out the wod. Last time I attempted this a few years ago, I ripped at 70 pull ups & stoped after the run in the 4th round.

Today, I did 2 more rounds w/orange kettlebell & moved to the green band pullups. No rips & I must say, I think banded pullups are worse then real ones. I think I could have made it through 150 pull ups w/out ripping. Will try this again.
