Teammate does med ball cleans until your done with 21 snatches

Together 50 Abmats with medball 20/14#

Then 400 Prowler 90#

4 rounds- switch with teammate who did snatches and MBC's each round.

This was a NIGHTMARE. Cardio is still suffering from my 2 month hiatus. That was the longest WOD of my 3 yr CrossFit career.
