In teams of 2 for time:
200/150 cal assault bike
Partner A: assault bike
Partner B: EMOM 8 med ball clusters 9/6 kg
Alternate positions every 2 minutes.
Rest 3 minutes.
Then complete the following. Share the reps.
30 burpee box overs
40 weighted sit ups
50 KB swings (heavy) 28/20 kg
40 min time cap.
