EMOM Squats/situps Workout
Was going to do a rest day but alarm was still set to wake up at 5am for a wod. so I decided to do something in the garage but keep things simple.
Still resting my hand from sunday's wod.
WOD
Min 1 - 1 Back Squat at 145lbs with 10 situps
Min 2 - 2 Back Squats at 145lbs with 10 situps
Min 3 - 3 BS/10 situps
Min 4 - 4 BS/10 situps
keep going until cannot anymore.
