min 1 - Pistol squats x 6-10 reps to target behind (tempo 3x2x)
min 2 - Kipping toes to bars x 8-12 reps
min 3 - Kipping HSPU x 6-10 reps
min 4 - Cossack Squats x 8-12 reps
