Row/Bike/Airbike for 60min. E5MOM alternate between A, B, C and D. WOD starts with A.
A: round of Mary
B: 40m Heavy Sandbag/D-Ball Carry
C: round of DT
D: 15 Medball Clean + 15 Box Jump
Overall RPE 3 to 4
Round of Mary:
5 HSPU
10 Pistol Squat
15 Pull-Up
Round of DT:
12 Deadlift @70/50kg
9 Hang Power Clean
6 Jerk
Target: this workout (like last week) is mostly machines. Execute the movements with perfect form. This is not all out, your HR should stay at RPE 3 when biking/rowing.
Tailoring Options:
HSPU→ HSPU on a box or Parallette Push-Up
Pistol Squat→ check the video for variations
Pull-Up→ decrease rep scheme or jumping pull-up
DT→ decrease loading
