CONDITIONING

E2MOM x15 (3 rounds):

Row/Ski/Airbike/Bike for 30min and perform 10 reps E2MOM (30min total)

1) 10 Double KB Hang Clean (anyhow: squat or power)
2) 10 Double KB STOH
3) 10 Double KB Hang Clean + STOH
4) 10-20 Deficit Push-Up (use KB Handles)
5) 10 Double KBS (eye level)

Start this workout by doing 10 Double KB Hang Cleans, after completed use some machine til clock hits 02:00 and do 10 double KB STOH...Use 2 xKB for this workout. One round is 10min, total of 3 rounds.

Overall RPE 3 to 4.
