WOD:
For time: 50-40-30-20-10 reps
Double Unders
Air Squats
Sit ups
I did the bench press first and made it up to 80...85 failed, but I'm okay with 80 considering I haven't done these in a while!
I was pretty stoked about my double unders for this metcon...I got 30, 20 and 10 unbroken! My round of 50 and 40 had some good long strings of unbroken DUs as well, usually around 15-20. So hooray for that improvement!!! Is it the paleo? ;) Who knows!
