-10 box jump overs
-10 double DB hang power cleans 20/15kg
-10 double DB squats 20/15kg
*go heavy on dumbbells! Break the sets if you need to, but go heavy. If youve usually used 10kg’s, use now at least 12.5kg’s etc.
