DU/HSPU couplet Workout

1 strict ring muscle up
1 kippin ring muscle up

(-directly after skill-)

workout
3 rounds for time of:
50 DU's
10 HSPU (except last round which i did 5, it would take me ages to finish the last set of hspu)
too fatigued + too ambitious from the first place
