  • 1 Deadlift at 225 lbs
  • 20 Double Unders
  • 2 Deadlift at 225 lbs
  • 30 Double Unders
  • 3 Deadlift at 225 lbs
  • etc...
  • 100 Double Unders
  • 10 Deadlift at 225 lbs
