10mins of form work on double unders. working to string as many reps together as possible.

rep scheme is: 30 Double Unders as bookends.
21-15-9 of KB Snatch with 16kg kb or 35lb dumbbell. 21 right arm, 21 left arm.
30 double unders
15 snatch left/15 right
30 double unders
9 snatch left/9 right
30 double unders.

after set of 15 my double unders suffered! last set of DUs though had 21 unbroken. new rope and getting the hang of it.
