Dirty Thirty Workout
30 reps of each of the following
Back extensions
box jumps 20in
jumping pull-ups
KBS 1.5 Pood
walking lunges
Knees to elbows
Push press 75lbs
wall balls
burpees
double unders
This was one of the toughest workouts I've done yet. By the time I got to burpees I was fried, and crawling back to my knees. I did well on push presses (only put bar down once), but had to break wall balls up into 3 or 4 sets...can't remember. As usual, double unders ate a ton of time. I really need to work on those. Fun sat. workout though, as they usually seem to be.
