(Dirty) Chelsea Workout
After the normal dynamic and group warmups...
Chelsea:
The original emom
Emom for 30 minutes.
5 pull ups
10 push-ups
15 squats
This was my first attempt and I wasn't able to do all 30 rounds. My first 9 were unbroken and then I alternated - doing one every other minute. The last 2 rounds were consecutive. I accrued a total of 21 rounds in 30 minutes.
