Dirty 30'ish Workout
Box Jumps, SDHP 70lb, Dips, Dumbell Swings, Sit-ups, Push-Press 70lb, Lunges, HPC 70lb, Thruster 18lb, Burpees.
Had to change the real workout cause the YMCA doesn't have the equipment I need to do the real one. Also did the Shoulder Press Challenge L-3 at 145lb, got 8 then broke down on 9 so tried 135lb and broke down on 9 again. :(
