Planks & Sit-Ups

 

3 Rounds of:

As Long As Possible Planks

[Each individual in the class must plank for as long as he/she can (3 min. cap); then do sit-ups until the last person planking gives up]

 

(2 minutes rest between each round from last person’s plank)

 

Rules: 3 minutes cap on each plank! Also, only 1 planking position – no switching between straight arms & elbows or “side” resting planks

 

MetCon:

Warm-up to DL weight (5 min.); then:

 

“Diane”

21-15-9

Deadlifts (L1- 155/115; L2- 185/135; L3- 225/155)

Handstand Pushups (L1- hand-release; L2- modified; L3- kipping)

 

Score: Longest Plank Time / Diane Time
