I don't remember where I started, but I ended with at 225# which was a 10# PR! I really wanted to get 230# (2x's bw - my 2013 goal) I had it up but couldn't lock it out. I haven't gone over 200# in a while so that felt great!
Diane was 20# heavier and 1:10 faster than 6 months ago! I did 1 abmat for the first 7, then 2 abmats for the rest.
