Set 1: 4 @75%
Set 2: 4 @80%
Set 3: 3
Set 4: 3
Set 5: 3

After the first 2 sets build to a 3RM for the day.
Rest 2-3 mins between sets.

Stand on a 20/25kg plate. These reps are to be done dead-stop. Reset on each pull off the floor.
