Deck of Cards Team Workout Workout
Split up into two different teams and try to race through a deck of cards against the other team.
Start with a fully shuffled deck of cards. Each member picks a card at a time and performs a number of reps of a movement given by the value (Face cards (Jack, Queen, and King) have a value of 10) and suit of the card. The team with the most points at the end wins.
