Death by Power Cleans Workout
-Find 1RM Power Clean (185lbs) -
-Death by power cleans (use 70% of 1RM; 135lb):
With a continuously running clock do one rep the first minute, two reps the second minute, three the third minute...... continuing as long as you are able.
I almost had 205 on the Power Clean for my 1RM. I just need to work on form. I didn't try 195, and now wishing that I did. I was seeing stars all workout because of the drugs I'm on...........Claritin and Benadryl.
