Death by Deadlift Workout
Start a running clock for 20 minutes and continue as follows:
1 rep on the first minute
2 reps on the second minute
3 reps on third and so on
If you can't complete them during the minute, start doing 6 reps of 60/50cm box jumps during every minute until 20 minutes is done.
The load for the workout is your bodyweight.
