"Death By 10M"
- Minute 1 ... 10M Shuttle Sprint
- Minute 2 ... 20M Shuttle Sprint
- Minute 3 ... 30M Shuttle Sprint
... etc.
Until cannot complete shuttle run ladder within 1 minute cap.
