1st min 10 box jumps
2nd min 10 deadlifts 60/42,5kg
3rd min 11 box jumps
4th min 11 deadlifts 60/42,5kg
5th min 12 box jumps
6th min 12 deadlifts 60/42,5kg
Etc...
If you can't complete the reps reguired on the min, start the next min from the beginning (10reps).
