then…
AMRAP 3:
10 deadlifts @ 75% - 170 lbs
3 wall climbs - scaled
10 burpees
rest 30 secs
3 rounds
complete as many rounds/reps as possible in 3 mins
after 30 secs rest, pick up where you left off in the previous 3 mins
score = total rounds + reps
Completed 3 rounds + 10 reps
