Deadlift, ring dips, wall ball shots, box jumps, burpees, situps Workout

This one was kind of different. 5 min max to complete each round.

  • 5 minutes to complete 3 rounds of 10 185 lb deadlifts and 15 ring dips
  • 5 minutes to complete 3 rounds of 10 wall ball shots (20 lb medicine ball) and 15 box jumps
  • 5 minutes to compete 3 rounds of 10 burpees and 15 sit ups

My individual round times were as follows:

  • Round 1: 4:03
  • Round 2: 4:43
  • Round 3: 4:00
