then…

8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 of the following sequence:
1 deadlift @ 40% = used 85 lbs
1 hanging power clean
1 push jerk

8 burpees after each set

if you set the bar down during the movement sequence, do 3 burpees
