3 rounds + 10 ring push ups

I did hand release push ups on my knees instead of clapping push ups (my traps and shoulders are already way sore from Tuesday's WOD), used two ab mats for my HSPU for the first two rounds (then one ab mat but couldn't get down all the way), and used the parallettes for the ring push ups (again, on the knees), and did the recommended 25# for the lunges (hooray!). My shoulders are so sore right now it's ridiculous...owwie :(
