Dancing Panther Workout

Pre WOD:
Overhead Squats 3-2-1-1-1

WOD 7 rounds:
7 box jump burpees
11 Overhead Squats (rx 75#)

this was a tough one. OHS and me do not get along but we are working on it. Did all 7 rounds with OHS. My depth can and needs to get better.
