10m run back
20m run to pick up 2x 20kg plates
20m run back
30m run to pick up 2x 25kg plates
30m run back

then load wheelbarrel with the plates and
10m run and back
20m run and back
30m run and back

then pick up kettlebells and run

10m run and back with 2x20kg kb
20m run and back with 2x24kg kb
30m run and back with 2x32kg kb
