2 Hang squat snatch with pause
- 2” pause at bottom of squat
- start at 50-60% and increase only if form allows and didn’t miss the pause
B)
Every 3 mins for 5 sets
2 rounds of
2 hang power snatch @50/35kg
4 OHS
6 lateral burpee
Remaining time is rest!
