CrossFit Plus - Coastal Carnage - Games Day WOD 1 & 2 Workout

8 min cap to do the following:
- 50 x wall balls 9ft target, 9kg ball
- 40 x 30" Box Jump
- 20 x 40kg G2O
- 5 x 40kg OHS
- Max burpees in remaining time (must have 2 footed jump onto 20kg plate, can step back off)

IMMEDIATELY followed by
- 800m run
