2.6km Cross Country Run in the woods
Every Approx 500m Stop at a "Station" and perform the following action:
Station 1) 10 16Kg KB Snatch
Station 2) 30 Lunges with 45lbs dumbbell overhead (one arm)
Station 3) Toss a Log Two times (~20lbs)
Station 4) 2x Tractor Tire Flip
Station 5) 50 Yard Medicine Ball Sprint
