CrossFit Games Open 11.3 Workout
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
165 pound clean
165 pound Jerk
11 rounds. Used 135. Couldn't pull off the full clean, so did power cleans then front squats. Pretty disappointed with how I did on this, and I'd really like to retry it within a few months.
