200m sled w/45# plate run
Row - 30 calories
35 OHS @ 65#
40 SDHP @ 65#
50 Wall balls @ 16#
200m run backwards
75 was really heavy for both exercises, but I did it. I had to break OHS in groups of 5 and could not do more than 3 sdhp at a time. The silver lining is that I hope 65 doesn't feel like a ton of bricks tomorrow for the hundreds. I know I should have not taken as many breaks during wallballs.
