Great workout! This workout isn't an RX due to the handstand push-ups, I did however RX the weight entirely!
VERY happy, I finally got handstand push-ups, out of the first 15 I got 12, after that I spent way longer than I needed trying to get the last 3, just wasn't happening, couldn't lift myself up. Oh well, from 0 to 12 on day one, WOOT!
So the remaining 3 from set 1, and the last 15 HSPUs were done green/green band.
