Build to heavy double with 3" pause below the knee for the first rep and 3" pause above the knee for the second rep
Then
6 x 1 @ 90% of first part
Alternate the pause below and above the knee each rep!
B )
5 rounds for time of:
10 Power Clean, 50/35 kg
12 Toes-to-bars
14 Wall Balls, 9/6 kg,
Timecap: 18 mins
