A)
Bulgarian Split Squat
- 8 reps/side
- use dumbells in both hands
- AHAP each set
- vertical torso in descend
Rest as needed!
B)
For 5 sets :
AMRAP in 3 mins of:
10 Dumbbell Box Step Overs, 2x22.5/15 kg, 50cm
10 Push-ups (RX+: deficit push up or kipping HSPU)
10 Toes-to-bars
Rest 1 min between each set.
