Couplet of 8-10 DL & 8-10 Ring Pushups (alternating types) Strength

Alternate between 8-10 reps of :DL
and 8-10 reps of: Ring Pushups of variety of styles. Straight up and down, one arm extended to the side, one arm extended in front.)

I decided to try DL after a LONG time since my back injury.
I went SLOW and steady with pretty light weights.
I coupled that with set of Ring Pushups of variety of styles. Straight up and down, one arm extended to the side, one arm extended in front.)
DL: 95, 115, 135, 165, 185, 205. 225 (x2), 245 (x2) 255 (x2)
Good workout. I did not go too hard to keep it all going with speed and GREAT form.
I did use a little chaulk as my body and hands are NOT what it used to be.
I was really concentrating on getting my posterior to fire and to get my body to rise and fall in unison and keep the lumbar nice and tight.
Good little stretch and then home.
all in total of about 50 minutes.
