8 1-Arm DB Rows Right
8 1-Arm DB Rows Left

8 Calorie Bike or Ski Erg

  • Use a challenging DB weight for all rounds
  • All sets must be done WITHOUT putting the DB down. If you put the DB down there is a 12 Burpee Penalty.
